People always complains about crimes occurs in their place. When they are also the reason why crimes are happening in them. Criminal offense is an act harmful not only to some individual, but also to the community or the state. Ice picks, knives and other deadly weapons can harm persons.
I was walking my way to school when I saw a piece of broken flower pot. Then I came to think about why such a thing stray in a public place. People should be careful on throwing unused things. It can be dangerous to other people as well. It can be used as a tool for committing a crime.
